On 3 August 2014 we purchased goods from CTM to the value of approximately R70 000.00. The sales rep advised us that we will get 50% discount on the transport fee. When they delivered the goods on 5 August I was busy with another delivery for goods and asked the guy from CTM to just give me a few minutes to sort them out. He then got very aggressive and demanded that I sign for the goods immediately. When I refused to do this, he raced to the gate and left. I checked on my slip and they added the full price for delivery as well. The next day a representative from CTM came to see me and we went through the goods delivered. Some items were not delivered and I was advised that they are waiting for stock. The sales rep never told us that the goods were out of stock when we paid for it. As at today we still have not received the missing goods. No one is phoning us to give us an update as to when exactly we will ever receive it. As soon as you have paid all promises made and customer service is out of the door. We still need to order more tiles, but are hesitant to go back to them. I want answers as to when the goods I have already paid for will be delivered.
