Complaint / review text:
I sold a Wireless Pet fence that had some minor cosmetic damage on the outside. The unit worked fine and had ZERO issues. I posted the pictures of the unit and the damage in the listing. The buyer had it a few days then opened a request for a refund due to the unit having more damage than what I listed. The pictures of the posting showed enough of the unit to show that there wasn't any damage more than just the cosmetic. I agreed to refund when they send the unit back. I received the unit and it was damaged MORE than just the cosmetic that I had thought they were referring to.
I contacted E Bay about this and they told me since the buyer returned the unit there wasn't anything they could do since there isn't a way to prove where the damage happened. The Buyer did not mention any damage to the shipping box when they received the unit. So now I have to refund the money and am stuck with a broken item that I will not be able to sell now. I will be closing my EBay account and my PayPal account once this is done. Ebay protects the buyer only. What a joke.
