Complaint / review text:
I placed an order on 26 July 2014 and made full payment on the same date. Had no response and sent an email on 5 August 2014 to query delivery times. This email was ignored. I phoned and was told delivery takes a MAXIMUM of 3 weeks. When I phoned, I was told the parcel would be sent on Saturday, 16 August. I sent another email as well as Facebook messages on 19 August. I was eventually given a tracking number on 20 August (after threatening legal action). This tracking number did not exist! I asked her to check the number in case of a typing error and she assured me it was correct. I was then told that the parcel was sent on 19 August. Today (25 August) I asked her to send me a copy of the postage slip. I eventually got that and the tracking number was completely different to the one given to me and the date stamp on the slip is 22 August 2014... Not 19 August as was said to me! Shocking service and blatant!!! This is completely unacceptable!
