CRM: 00026467 On 2 August I placed an order. I cancelled the order before shipping by email on 3 August and telephonically at 8 AM on 4 August. Much to my surprise I received a shipped order at 10:30 on the same morning I phoned again to let Kalahari know. I have never received the order. However my credit card has been debited for R 1899 on 2 August. Kalahari have not refunded me, my emails are unresponded to. I have phoned, and I am always promised that I will be phoned back, but this does not happen. So Kalahari owe me R 1899, but are totally unresponsive and are ignoring me. Therefore I request the refund of R 1899 for the amount that was taken out of my credit card for the order I cancelled before shipping that has never been received by me.
