I have never felt compelled to complain on Hello Peter before.
The reason for my dismay:
After I purchased a navy suit on the 15th of July from the Tiger of Sweden shop in Sandton I wore the suit for the first time at the end of July for an important business meeting. After attending the meeting that day I was dismayed at the quality of the fabric since a thread had pulled on the back of the Jacket.
After returning the suit I was told that there is nothing to be done.
I am a usual buyer from Tiger of Sweden and spent more than double that day at the particular shop, yet, I don't feel that the quality live up to the cost of these items. I also do not feel that the service was satisfactory or that my complaint were taken seriously.
I still believe that a refund should be the appropriate measure and will gladly return the suit.
