Complaint / review text:
I have been a Kalahari customer for many years, with no problem.
I recently placed an order for a laptop and accessories over a week ago. My order was placed on hold, even though the money was taken off my credit card account.
I placed another order after that with the same card, no problems. I have received that order.
This order for the laptop is STILL on hold.
I contacted my bank (FNB) to see if I could do an authorisation, but Kalahari don't work that way. I called Kalahari and they couldn't resolve on the phone. I emailed the person back who sent me an email saying my order was still on hold (duh!) and she can't resolve this issue only.
With *so much money* being spent on TV adverts, why can't you process a straightforward order with a credit card that is being used on other Kalahari orders already???
Why can't anyone at Kalahari sort this out???
