Complaint / review text:
I ordered two HARDCOVER books from after a LONG telephone call (at my expense) and TERRIBLE customer service, the books eventually arrived - except they were BOTH paperback instead of the hardcover versions that were CLEARLY marked when I payed for them.
I've sent over 30 emails and received only one vague response which didn't answer any of my questions.
NO apology. NO explanation. Not even an idea of whether they were going to send me the right order and how long that would take.
Eventually I get a call from Fedex to pick up the books, but I haven't even been informed as to whether they're going to send me the right ones or not!
I ordered these books because I have to READ them, and if I can't get a word out of Kalahari at this stage, once they have the books and my money I'll probably never hear from them again.
I've never come across such useless and disgusting customer service in my life. All I want to know is whether they're going to send me the CORRECT order that I payed for, and approximately HOW LONG is this going to take?
