I'm filing a complaint in behalf of my husband selling at eBay. He's been in eBay for a longer years and mostly positive feedback from the buyers. Recently, there is a buyer complaint to my husband. The card was damage, he never contacted my husband about the damage card. He just leave a negative feedback. He also never contacted eBay for this.
When my husband call the eBay 4 times, they cannot resolve the issue and the worse part is eBay hold all the funds that my husband sold because of the stupid buyer feedback. EBay counted is a 4 negative feedback from the stupid buyers instead of 1 feedback. EBay have no rights to hold of the funds that my husband sold. It was our money, not eBay's money. Where is the protection of the seller? That means eBay just protect bad buyers from the seller. We want our money. Why are they holding the entire funds? SELLER DON'T SELL AT EBAY ANYMORE. Go to different auction site. Ebay don't protect the seller.
