Complaint / review text:
What are the chances? I bought a 7" tablet for my daughter for her 9th birthday. We received the tablet in good time, charged it before we gave it to her (following all instructions), and the tablet discharged in about 10 minutes. Charged it again. Same thing. Filled in the return voucher, sent it back to Kalahari. Still waiting for a refund, so bought ANOTHER tablet from Kalahari. A different brand. Waited a week for the delivery, because it lay around in the Kalahari warehouse for three unnecessary days. Received it yesterday (1 September) plugged it in, checked the battery. The battery status shows that the battery is not charging. Called out IT guy to have a look: "Am I doing something wrong?" No. I am not. It is plugged in, correct charger. Tried a different plug point. Same thing. It is faulty.
Dear Kalahari. After I complained about the shoddy service regarding the slow delivery of this item, it is faulty. I have heard nothing from you. I have bought TWO faulty products from you. I'm sending this one back. I want my money back. I will never buy from you again. I have a very disappointed daughter. You have a very disappointed ex-customer.
