Complaint / review text:
Ring was bought on the 1 August and returned on the 30th August. I took it back to the store as 3/4 stones had fallen out. The lady that helped us asked whether I wanted to choose something of the same price or more then just add the balance or if I wanted a refund.
While I was looking she went to another lady which I think was her superior who said that the ring has to be sent away for quality check as I could have banged the ring and caused the stones to fall out, really? I have been wearing my wedding ring for 6year and not one stone has fallen out
I tried to explain that i have been wearing the ring for less then 3weeks! She wouldn't listen, she didn't even check my slip or the date on it and clearly never read the back of their slip with there policy.
I was then handed a slip that I have to sign that says the ring is going for REPAIRS and if there is any extra repair cost I am liable!!!? When i questioned it i was told that's the only option on the pc and to sign. I was told that they will contact me 2 days later on the Monday, now almost 3weeks later still waiting to hear from them. When i went there i just wanted to choose something else, now i just want my money back
