My husband ordered flowers to be sent to me at my work and was assured that the flowers would arrive by 2 P.M. Because that's when I got off work.
When he arrived home shortly after 5 P.M. He asked me how I liked the flowers, the ones I didn't receive. I phoned my work at 5:10 P.M. To be told there still were no flowers delivered.
We phoned Flowers Express to be put on hold several times and 1-hour later still was unable to get an answer as to what the company was going to do for us. However they did tell us the flowers were being delivered by Wesley Berry Flowers. So, I went onto Wesley Berry's web site to find out they charge $60.00 for 1-dozen roses.
We then phoned our bank to be told they charged our credit card $139.00 for 1-dozen roses. This happened on Sept 11,2014 and as of today, Sept 13,2014 we still have received no response back from Flower Delivery Express, no flowers and we are out $139.00
Today, 09/14/14, while at work, I received a phone call from Nicoles Green House and Florist letting me know that they would be delivering my flowers tomorrow on 09/15/14. When I told them the flowers should have arrived before 2-pm on 09/11/14 they said they never received the order from flower delivery express until 09/12/14.
I said we didn't want the flowers and they said they were paid through flower delivery express so they were going to deliver them. Nicoles Florist stated we should go directly through the florist and not a company online. WE WILL DEFINATELY DO THIS NEXT TIME.
We are still out our $139. And have not received any call back from Flower Delivery Express.
