Complaint / review text:
I ordered 2 items on Thursday for delivery on friday for a birthday party we were attending on Firday night, the delivery date was for friday as both items were in stock. I got home on Friday at 4 and no delivery, I called and was told the 1 item was not ready, when I called I was told oh well sorry but the items wont be delivered today.
Explained to them I needed the items for a party in a few hours but they didnt care. I had to rush out to a shop and get alternate gifts for the 2 kids, so much for the convenience of shopping on line with Kalahari, I want my items delivered TODAY! And I want to know how Kalahari is going to compensate me for my time wasted using their pathetic service and I don't want a voucher as I WILL NEVER USE KALAHARI AGAIN! I await your urgent feedback about my order being delivered today and how you are going to compensate my time wasted and for really making me so upset on a Friday afternoon by the lack of customer service that you offer, I actually cant believe a company can do business and speak to their customers like Kalahari does.
Im waiting for feedback or I will take this further.
