Complaint / review text:
I opened up an account with the supplier in late August this year. Payments were to be done via Debit Order on the 1st day of each month. I was grew worried when I received no notification that the money was deducted. I called the store to find out why this has not happened & the consultant informed me that the payment was not due until the 1/10/2014.
Today (18/09) the store called to inform me that my account is in arrears because no payment was received. I explained the situation yet still the they couldn't supply me with an answer as to why they did not deduct the money.
I am EXTREMELY upset because there were more than enough money in my bank account in order for the debit order to go off un-hitched!
As a result of this MY NAME will now reflect as a bad payer due to their stupidity! NEVER will I purchase stuff from them again!
