Bad bad service - no one what to take responsibil

Complaint / review text:
On 29/09/14 log onto Netflorist website register and got a R100 voucher valid only for that day. Called 0861300600 spoke to Chemoren Kloete placed an order but couldnt process it as lady for voucher was not available and requested I call following morning. Called on 30/09/2014 as requested she was not available was asked to leave message which i did. Called again left another message. Called 3rd time spoke to Phelo Mohale place an order, she wanted to charge me delivery but am coming to pick up my order. Finally I was not charge for delivery and was told it will take 15min for order to be ready when i come for pick up. I sent a friend for my order she had to wait 30mins for it and finally left without my order. I went to pick up there was no one at the reception i had to shout to get someone attention. A guy came took my order and came back with wrong order. Phelo came took went to get the correct order that took her another 15mins. Requested to speak to manager and Muneer came (not manager) to listen to my complain and requested him to deal with it. This morning i get an email from Phelo saying they offering me a R200 voucher. I had requested for refund as i had clearly
