Complaint / review text:
I went in to the store to buy sunflower oil, and the price on the shelf was R26.99. When I got to the till the price was R34.99. The cashier called the FLOOR MANAGER Le-Anne for assistants. She sent 1 of the staff to check the shelf, she came back and said that the wrong stock was packed with the R26.99 price. Le-Anne said then sorry for the mistake and she will give the item to me for R26.99. I had to fall back in to the queue to pay for the oil. When I got to the cashier again she call Le-Anne to come and a just the price, Le-Anne ignored me and the cashier and later on disappeared from the floor. This type of treatment is unacceptable, I worked my self for 8 year is retail, this is the most disgusting customer service I ever encounter.
