Bead storage offered at 55% off. I ordered four of a storage system.
Ordered arrived with only one piece shipped. Note on invoice stated item was unexpectedly out of stock and my account was credited. I went to website and item is still being offered for ordering, so obviously they have not discontinued selling it. I sent a question to customer service asking why they would not ship the balance of my order when restocked but they have not bothered to reply.
I feel like they don't want to sell the item at the discounted price. I actually tried to order the item again at full price just to see if it would allow it to go through and it did. Will see if it arrives.
For such a large company they have very poor systems. If the item is out of stock it should not be offered to order and take your payment.
Joann's did finally reply and they did offer me the original price and issued a credit. I offered them my opinions on how they could better their customer service by changing the way they handle out of stocks and where this info is on their website. They responded saying they are working on this hopefully they will.
