In September I placed an order with Kalahari for a webcam. I cancelled the order the same day for various reasons not relating to Kalahari. My credit card were debited with the transaction and about a day or two later it was credited again for the same amount (refund).
While looking at my credit card statement on 3 October I noticed that Kalahari has again, without my consent, debited the same amount to my credit card on the 2nd of October. I emailed them on the 4th asking for an explanation to which I have received no reply by close of business on the 5th.
I am wondering if one can trust this company with your credit card details as they appear to be able to debit against it at will. I am still waiting for a response from their accounts department as to how their operation work allowing them to debit credit cards at will.
Be aware, your credit card details may not be as safe as you thought with
