I'd like to complain about the inferior service given to me by sportscene, I went to one of their stores in Eastgate mall to buy clothes, I asked the teller if I take clothes using my account when will I pay it since the month had started, please note this was on the 7th September 2014 and I had recently cleared my account. The teller told me that I'll pay my first instalment at the end of October. To my shock and surprise Sportscene is sending messages that if don't pay my account now my ITC status will be affected.
I refuse to be treated like this, I took a decision based on what their employee told me but now I am pushed by the very same people who hired this person who gave me wrong information to pay for the mistake made by him
