I purchased a text book online on the 20th August 2014 and to date have not received my package.
I have sent numerous emails and made a number of calls to kalahari querying my package.
Firstly it is extremely difficult to get a hold of a Kalahari consultant and often end up being on the line for as long as 15 minutes at a time only to be told that by the consultant that they will follow up and get back to me. I have not had the courtesy of a call from any of the consultants that i have been liasing with.
I once again contacted kalahari this morning for an update, only to be told that there is nothing that they can do as i have purchased the order from a 3rd party. When i requested a refund, i was told that they are unable to refund me and i would have to request same from the seller.
I find it absurd that this is the kind of service that Kalahari gives to their customers. Being that i purchased the text book through Kalahari, it was their duty to ensure that I received my order within 7 days. It has now been 49 days since my purchase and I am left without a text book (which might I add I require for EXAM purposes) and further I am unable to get a refund.
