Complaint / review text:
After losing hope and giving up on my last complaint, I spoke with Zack from the Woodmead branch again after giving feedback that I hadn't had any response on my last complaint. I was less than impressed at that stage. Zack apologised for not having my complaint sorted yet and endeavored to sort out my problem.
I am happy to report that my complaint has now been sorted and I received a new hard drive without any hassles.
I accept that we make mistakes and sometimes something slips through the cracks and Zack did everything possible to sort out the problem once it was brought to his attention that it was still not sorted.
I am very happy with the outcome!
