I am beyond disgusted and appalled with Kalahari. I decided to use Kalahari for the first time in 4 years. (I have been using Takealot for the past 4 years and all I can say about them is WOW!) I ordered this one time from Kalahari and they stuffed it up by sending my incomplete order. I had to report and absolute no feedback unless I initiate it. The same response the same lame apologies the same pathetic excuses and they keep on blaming the suppliers (I see so many complaints about Kalahari I am convinced management has got 3 apology templates set up for their support team as it is always the same). If I hear one more we are sorry it is the supplier I am going to scream. I do not care about your supplier problems. Like I said several times take ownership and sort out your error. I don't want excuses I WANT ACTION! Please dare reply to this complaint with another we so sorry we are dealing with your query I will ensure everyone I know will not use Kalahari again! All I want to hear your item is on the way if you cannot say that don't respond to this complaint.
