Edgars money from me and I am struggling to get it back.
From their actions it is clear that they have no intentions of giving my money back. My account was positive, had been for some time. They then without contacting me cleared the account of all funds. Their response sorry but we no longer allow positive account and I must apply in writing with copies of ID, bank statements etc and they will see if they will refund me.
This is not acceptable. So you can peoples money and they must then apply in writing to get it back after they have all your information and can more money from you... Eish
