I ordered 2 books from Kalahari last week which arrived at my office yesterday. I specifically ordered from Kalahari as they had both books in hardcover. So I was fuming when I opened the box to find BOTH of them with softcovers. Also hardcover is more expensive! I went to double check my online order and both said 'hardcover' as I expected. I phoned Kalahari last night only to be told that I must go through the process of returning the book myself (which could take up to 15 working days for them to do) and then re-ordering it again!!! This is completely unacceptable! For their stupid error I must pay!!! Worst customer service that I've EVER come across.
