Complaint / review text:
I have order a bag and the ETA 15 Oct. But after 15 Oct, there is no reply no update from them. I have send them email but there is no feedback, i request for refund but there is no reply.
I manage to call the customer service, name Nani, promised to send me the detail but still no email no reply.
When we have complaint, we hope for a reply and a answer. It really bad and take our money an do not want to give a reply and feedback.
Is is a good way to run the business? Did the mydeal staff and the owner can sleep every night. You all are doing unethical thing, as a person, shame on you all.
Our government should take action and closed down this company.
