Complaint / review text:
On the 24 October i placed an order for two items which was on sale, i then made payment within the hour of purchase with my credit card and sent proof of payment twice, i called into the call center and was told that i have made payment and needs to reflect on your system which was taking a while which i was fine with. This morning i received a message to say no payment was made and my order was cancelled YET online my account shows I've been credited the amount i supposedly didn't pay. I want my money BACK in my account not to be credited ONLINE or for my order to be delivered AT SALE PRICE, i was really depending and patiently waiting for them to be delivered. I made payment as requested and followed up with you guys and was assured that my payment was received yet you cancel my order! I do not want to call in shouting at a CC agent who has done nothing wrong, this is not the first time I'm having a problem with Kalahari's service! Please get the money back in my account or deliver my order at price. I normally refer a lot of people to Kalahari and always get updates on new products and sales but since this incident i will no longer do so!
