Complaint / review text:
So I ordered some things for a party that was on a Friday. I needed the items by Thursday so I ordered with plenty of time, and surprise I got them three days early.
I opened the box and 9 items were missing, and one item was broken. I tried to call the night it got delivered, but they were closed. I called the next day and the company said they wouldn't replace the item that was broken until I sent them a picture... Okay, don't know why I would like about a two dollar item being broken.
Then they say I will get my missing items Friday. The day after the party, so by then I won't need the products. When I explained this I was told I could get them overnighted, if i, THE CUSTOMER, paid extra. I thought they misunderstood so I explained it again.
Again I was told the same thing. So I said just to forget the forgotten items and have a refund. They informed me that they couldn't do it because y order had already been shipped out again??? So I said just to cancel the order and have them returned to the company.
They said they couldn't do that. So I said I would just send them back when they got here as they would be to late for the event. They said that was fine, but I would have to pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee, FOR THEIR ERROR. I refused and asked to talk to a manager/supervisor.
I was then told I was talking to the manager, there was no one higher to talk to. I asked for the name of the owner, president, CEO, and was told that info couldn't be given out. So I finally argued my way to getting the 15% restock fee waived, gee thanks. Then the representative just stopped talking, I said, I think she hung up and then she said she was still there but had nothing to say.
So needless to say I will never order from this company again. I will warn anyone against ordering from this company.
The representatives name was treyjan. If you talk to her, you might as well just hang up.
