Complaint / review text:
I have been shopping at Spree for a while and have always been exceptionally impressed with them. My deliveries have always been on time and always perfect.
I placed an order on October 3rd 2014. After having placed the order and paid for it I realized my order was being delivered via the post office, which I never wanted as I have always had my parcels delivered to my home address. I immediately followed up with spree to request that the parcel was not sent to the post office however received no response at all and the parcel was sent to the post office immediately. I then contacted the call center who gave me a tracking number and said the parcel had been delivered to the post office. I then went to the post office to collect the parcel to find out it had not been delivered and no one can tell me where the parcel may be other than still at the main hub. I then followed up with Spree to say that I would like the order to be reordered and sent to me as this was a suggestion made by one of the support team.
I understand there is an issue with the post office strike which is beyond your control however I requested assistance immediately from Spree and did not receive it.
