Purchased a shake n take, was delivered to me on 30 September. I was out so receptionist received on my behalf. Wen opened the 2 prong plug was broken. Been trying to get Grabit to change it ever since... Funny thing is Megan the customer service manager is the person on my mails and yes he does reply but is doing absolutely nothing about the situation. So i thought a complaint on hello peter mite get me assistance. Wen u try to call their number it tells u what the call centre hours are even tho u calling after the time they say they are open frm. Will never use them again.
