Complaint / review text:
I submitted order without issue & paid for next day delivery for an arrangement for my Mom's 83rd birthday. I received order confirmation within minutes of completing order.
The arrangement wasn't delivered & I called the next morning. I gave the CSR person the order # and that # belonged to someone else and they had no record of me or the person that was to receive the arrangement in their system. CSR was going to research and get right back with me but after waiting 4 hours I called back and was told that the person handling was at lunch and would call back - which didn't happen. I called back again only to be told CSR Alexis that she had called & left message on home phone although the number given to her for contact on this issue was my work number.
After 5 1/2 hours of run around their solution was to just credit my MC. I wanted to file a formal complaint with their corporate office but they couldn't release that information nor was I allowed to speak to a supervisor - there were none available - however I could hold & they'd check but then I was conveniently disconnected. Worst Customer Service I've ever had - plus no flowers for my Mom.
I should have read up on this company before ordering - plenty of complaints out there. I don't understand how they continue to do business.
