Complaint / review text:
This is not my first time using Kalahari, and also not the first time I got this type of service.
Biggest blooper ever was when I ordered stuff and the CC payment was put on hold but I was never notified so I changed my payment option to EFT. Not 24 hours after I did the payment the order got cancelled.
Took them more than 3 week just to credit the amount on Kalahari to use.
Now I placed and order Sunday for stuff available.
Kalahari didn't want to take my Cheque card info with no error or indication whats wrong with my payment method, did an immediate EFT and immediately emailed through my proof of payment.
Non the less, now 2 items has been cancelled off my order because they dont have stock.
I want a replacement of the same type of item because it was on special I have to now spend more money on the same type of item that I couldn't order on Black Friday they made available.
Oh and i have emailed my complaint to their support address and with NO feedback. Not even a confirmation mail to indicate that they are looking into it.
And they have been awarded the e-commerce best online store. I don't get it.
