Complaint / review text:
So I order 4 mobile phones during the Black Friday sale. Got payment confirmation from Kalahari immediately. Waited one week for my order (after complaining and being assured I'd have it on a certain day a week later) and then I get an email from Kalahari saying my order has been cancelled because theres something funky with my credit card.
I call in and they say they couldn't verify my card so the order has been cancelled. I can re-do the order but with the sale being over I will not save the couple thousand rand I was saving. They didn't even bother querying anything with me, they didn't offer to have me pay with another card. Just too bad sales over your loss.
I'm absolutely disgusted with Kalahari. I ordered these things at 1am on Friday in anticipation of the sale.
Now all of a sudden I log onto my Kalahari and there R4300 in credit. So my card did work after all?
I am not going to accept this. This was either a big and they had no intention of giving me what they had promised OR maybe there was an error with the card, but they've reached the numbers they'd hoped for, so they don't care about just one little customer being unhappy.
I'm seriously doubting their legitimacy
