I have ordered online on 09 Dec 2014 from Kalahari the film "Fiddler on the Roof". Due to extensive orders received, Kalahari advised that the parcel delivery might be delayed by 72 hours at the most. Today, 22 Dec 2014, after numerous phone calls to Kalahari, after nearly 270 hours, the parcel (via FedEx Express) has still not been delivered. FedEx claim that they tried to deliver unsuccessfully, however I am sitting next to the intercom at work from 07:00am to 17:00pm every business day. No one from FedEx Express was even near this business property. (Parcel should be delivered during business hours as advertised on Kalahari). I urgently need assistance from Kalahari to deliver this parcel during working business hours (Monday - Friday) ASAP. Kalahari used to be timeous with their delivery. Either Kalahari needs to check on their customer support team or change to a reliable courier company.
