Further to my previous complaint about my sons Christmas gifts not being delivered, I have had no valuable feedback from Kalahari except to say an order I made in July was not paid for, yet delivered. Strange as I have had orders post that date delivered fine, on contacting the bank the response was the merchant did not bank the transaction. I have dealt with a bunch of staff at Kalahari, and get no feedback or responses from them.
Kalahari's customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
I will not recommend them to anyone, if this is the way they treat customers.
I have just spoken to service manager, who has advised that there is no-one able to assist me, but they will escalate - this is absolutely ridiculous? I am made out to be the fool for reversing a charge on goods I have had delivered? The only fools in this case are Kalahari and subsequently me for not having the gifts for Christmas.
