Complaint / review text:
I ordered a book on 9/12/2014. Kalahari e-mailed to inform me that the book will not be delivered on 29/12/2014 as originally indicated, but on 5/01/2015.
I still don't have the item and have phoned Kalahari several times and send numerous e-mails, yet no one can tell me where the order is and/or when I can expect to receive the order. The tracking number supplied merely says that the parcel was given to the Kalahari Scooter service on 2/01/2015. I have therefore decided to revert to HelloPeter.
I request and deserve a definitive answer on this order now please.
