Kalahari cancels order, money not refunded

Ordered a lenovo A10 notebook on the 28/11/14 black friday sale. Item was not delivered on time hence I enquired & checked the website which had the order status as " awaiting payment confirmation" Call center first response - "backlog of orders - should be confirmed in 2 days". After 2 days - email received stating "payment confirmed, item will be dispatched". Next day (friday 05/12/14) - order cancelled. Call center agent (Madelane) says there was a problem confirming bank details therefore refund could not go through. I asked why they tried to refund me and although they did not want to admit it, they ran out of stock before they could process my order and had to refund the money. I had to contact the bank to find out what was wrong - filled in a refund request for FNB. Kalahari still could not refund the money - offered credit on online account which was given. Agent (Madelane) tried to help as far as possible and passed on my query to finance dept. Tried to cash out the credit and it did not work. Its been over a month and nothing has been done. Was contacted most recently by Rafiq (after I emailed the support center - again). Still waiting for a response - disgusted by kalahari
