I've been an eBay member since 2005, PowerSeller with over 1,200 (100%) feedback. I offer 14-days return policy on 95% of my listings. I would rather offer a refund and take at loss than to get a bad feedback which sometime end up on the losing side but customers are always right. I got up last week and saw that my account has been suspended. I called eBay to inquire, and to plead my case, I was told that there had been violations, but they couldn't and wouldn't provide me with any specifics. I can spread the word on eBay's questionable policies, and overall lack of customer service. This is crazy.
