I would like to see an eBay class action suit take place. I have been an eBay member for about 7 plus years. First and foremost a multi-billion dollar company like eBay does NOT have the money to hire staffing. I have been on the phone with eBay an average of 45 to nearly 2 hours. My other complaint is why does eBay ONLY offer seller protection but absolutely NO protection as a seller. I sold an item brand NEW that I personally purchased thru eBay. I sold it on eBay within 2 days of receipt. Ebay has a record of my purchase. The buyer had a fit saying it was used, fake and eBay sided with her. I asked them how could it be used/fake when you have and can see my actual purchase transaction. The item came with receipts, original box. They sided with the customer I lost over $200 plus eBay fees.
The second complaint is, why does eBay charge a fee to the seller on delivery charges? We already pay a fee for selling and listing an item. I take losses on shipping 99% of the time and eBay still collects a cut on this. That's a third party that we pay to a vendor such as UPS, FedEx or the USPS. Why is eBay charging on us? I am done with Ebay and want to close my account.
