Complaint / review text:
On 26th December I ordered sandals from Analisa in the Knysna Woolworths store. One week later I enquired about whether they arrived and nobody in the store was even aware of the order (which I assume should be recorded somewhere). Since that time, now 28 DAYS LATER, I have phoned bi weekly to enquire where the sandals are only to be told everytime "they are coming". I have asked that Analisa follow up to find out where they are as in 2015 one does not usually wait a month for something. Over and above this I asked to speak to the manager - Elaine who just said she would speak to Analisa. I informed her this was not adequate and I would like her to personally follow up as to where the sandals are!
On 12 January 2015 I ordered 2 more pairs of sandals with Analisa, so instead of waiting just for 1 pair I am now waiting for 3 that may or may not arrive, perhaps they will arrive in time for winter?!!
Perhaps Woolworths has enough customers and does not need the business?
