I have been trying for THREE WEEKS now to place an order on the @Home website.
When I want to make payment the OTP (One Time Pin) is not coming through to my cellphone. I phoned the call centre 8 times already and I am not going to waste any more money as nobody there can assist me.
I requested for the OTP to be sent to my e-mail instead of my cellphone, but that request has also been ignored.
It is VERY frustrating!!! Can someone PLEASE assist me asap...
