Complaint / review text:
I ordered and paid for 3 Matric text books on 05/01/2015 and Kalahari promised to deliver by 19/01/2015. I contacted them on the 19/01/2015 and spoke to Tania who told me that she would look into it and e-mail me. Tania e-mailed me on 20/01/2015 giving me the LATER delivery date of 28/01/2015. I again contacted Kalahari today 27/01/2015 because my order still wasn't dispatched and I spoke to Arafrat who told me that they still haven't received any books from their supplier. He said he will come back to me.
Why doesn't Kalahari contact me since they are at fault?
My son is already falling behind with important Matric work due to Kalahari and I need to know when these books will ACTUALLY be delivered?
This is unacceptable and is terrible customer service.
