Complaint / review text:
I started the 'speedy' passport process in November 2014 and have not received my passport as of January 28 2015. Granted, there were some issues with form and paperwork need to be updated, the 'real' process started on January 9th, 2015, and for 19 days, FastLane has not yet inform me via e-mail nor on call to take care of business.
NO PASSPORT still. Company already charged my credit card in December 2014 and have not taking active role of doing the agreed business.
I do NOT think this 'Fast Lane Services' as it said! David W from Reno NV
