Complaint / review text:
I put in an order for my mother 10 days ago. I never received a confirmation.
I went online to check order status - there was no record. So I reordered the items 2 days ago. When I received an actual confirmation it had the wrong shipping address even though I am 100% sure I put in the correct address. I called within 1 hour to cancel the order and was told to call back in 24 hours as they did not have the records.
When I called back, they said it was already sent.in the meantime, I received an email that the original order was sent.
I am going to report this to BBB. I have records of the phone calls and the emails.
