Complaint / review text:
I have ordered a text book last year December which was supposed to be delivered by 30 December 2014. They firstly changed courier services without notifying me as to who to contact to track my parcel. It ended up being delivered some time in January this year and it was the wrong product so I phoned the call centre and they advised I return the product online which I have done but still no response yet whatsoever from the courier or Kalahari. I have paid for this book! They were supposed to pick up the item on 29 January 2015! Today is 04 February already! I am so fed up with this bad and poor service! Kalahari is just so uninterested!
