Still waiting for my book and feedback

Complaint / review text:
Hi have ordered n' Book, that is a study book, from I've paid them and they said to me I will receive the book on the 29th of JAN 2015, on the 29th of JAN (day I was supposed to get my book) I got an email from them stating that there is a delay and that I only now going to receive the book on the 11th of Feb, as I need this book urgent for my studies I emailed them and asked why they only let me know on the date that I was supposed to receive the book, then I got an email stating that I only going to receive the book now on the 16th, I mean really, I asked them if they can please make a plan as you would expect of proper customer service, they ignored me and did not came back to me, I phoned them and after minutes and minutes of holding and explaining and asking If I can have the CEO's email or his pa, I still was nowhere, they just keep on making excuses, this is the last time I use Kalahari, till now they haven't come back to me, they said they will get back to me right away after they was supposed to escalate it, I do not know what to do now I still haven't got my book or any feedback, they don't give a about their customers.
