I purchased a stove and fridge online. I then emailed online support to request a specific delivery time. No response. I then called them in advance to request delivery on Saturday Jan 31st, but was informed that they do not do Saturday deliveries. I was able to request a late delivery on Friday 30th, after 3 PM, and specifically arranged for someone to home to accept delivery. By Friday I had received no further confirmation so I called YET AGAIN, speaking to the same consultant, only to be informed that one item was not ready in time and they would not deliver that day, and would TRY for Monday, but they can't give me a specific time. At this point I was furious at not being informed of this. What made things worse was that I believe the agent actually pretended the line was breaking up and that he could not hear my complaints. Eventually I was promised an afternoon delivery for Monday, for which I would have to leave early from work. When the courier company phoned Monday morning they KNEW NOTHING of this arrangement, said they don't do late deliveries, and as I had a meeting my husband had to rush home from work to accept delivery! Unacceptable and very disappointing service.
