Bloomex ruined my nieces 21st birthday. I had ordered on Tuesday February 3rd for the bouquet to be delivered on Saturday February 7th.
I even got a confirmation saying the delivery date is confirmed for saturday february 7th and the payment is processed. On February 7th afternoon I contacted to find the status and the girl on chat said she has contacted the florist and will get back via email ASAP. I even told her its urgent ans that it needs to be delivered on the 7th and she said yes. No email and no contact had been made.
I contacted them the second time and its funny how they repeated the same thing I was told the last time I contacted them on live chat. The guy said he will contact me back. I knew this is a lie. Now that my neieces birthday is over, I asked when it will be delivered and whether it can be delivered on Sunday.
This guy NOW tells me there is no weekend delivery. Why couldn't they have told this the first time I contacted the girl? Does she not know that the company she works for doesnt do delivery on weekends? Why are the giving a run around?
The guys now told me it won't be delivered until Tuesday February 10th. So the need1 week notice? When on their website it says only 24 hour notice?
I'm very disappointed in this service and I'm wondering if they can keep their word this Time and deliver on then10th of February or is this a lie again? Worst service received from bloomex.
