Omg, where do I begin. I ordered shoes over a month ago when I joined. I honestly was please with my order. I actually liked the shoes I received, however, the bootie that I loved came damaged and the other shoe didn't fit so I returned them. No biggie right? WRONG. You can't really return them because they hold your money you spent hostage. They charge a ridiculous restocking fee that makes it hard not to just go ahead and exchange the items. On top of that it takes 24-48 hrs for JustFab to release the shoes you have on reserve to exchange after they get notification that the actual return is in the possession of the post office. So I called to check on my order 5 days later only to find out that my shoes I had chosen for my exchange had not been released yet from the warehouse. The rep immediately released them and sent me my tracking number. The shoes take 7 to 10 more days after that to actually be delivered to your home.
So finally after exchanging the shoe for the exact same item in the same size, they weren't the same size at all. WAYYYY too tight. I had to return them again in exchange for another item because that particular bootie was no longer in stock! Like seriously??? You would think after all that they would at least rush your shipment but no. Here I am a month later waiting on a shoe that fits and isn't damaged. Honestly, the customer service reps are nice, however the process of ordering and shipping and exchanging and such is a nightmare. There has to be a better way. If you're patient and have time to send shoes back and forth every week, JustFab is perfect for you! But if you're like me with a life, with events to attend and like your items to be more accessible, then JustFab is not for you! #justno
