Have ordered Books for study purpose from Kalahari on the 27 January 2015
They estimated it will be deliver on or before 9 Feb2015
After no deliver have been made I went on to their website and it states that my parcel have been delivered.
A few emails have been send to their Service Department, and I have been assigned the service clerk Brian Nama. He only apologise for the inconvenience but do not seem to know were my books (parcel) are
Been giving me Different information every time.
I need my books to be delivered or my money give back to me.
If the Head of the service Department of Kalahari can contact me to sort out this problem. I would so much appreciate it
