My account with home choice was in arrears & handed over to VVM Attorneys. I made arrangement with VVM to debit my bank until I settled my arrears, the debit order for 3 November 2014 does not reflect on my homechoice account, I called since 5 December to query my balance, I was told they cannot see any payment for November. I spoke to the manager Gillion she asked me to send the proof of payment twise to I called 4 times since then still insisted I did not pay, they asked me to call VVM, VVM insist homechoice took the debit order as like other months. I asked my bank to reverse the money since homechoice did not receive it and paid it to them on the 23 December, but Homechoice now credited the account with R1200, I called to ask why they credited my account? They said cause I reversed the payment for November, I do not understand why homechoice credit my account while they say they did not receive the money and now call me to say i i owe them 1200. To this day this matter is not resolved I am so disappointed with call centre service, I spoke to Khaya, Bridget, Gugu, Leenet who were SO EXTREMELY RUDE and told me I should call VVM, some hang up on me.
