Other than the generic response below still no contact from Kalahari. Pathetic service. Almost 3 months now with no resolve.

I ordered a Gobii cellphone in November 2014. The item was then returned as an unwanted gift. Kalahari issued me with a return order reference number on 24 November 2014. They arranged with the courier (Fedex) to collect the goods from me. Goods were collected on 26/27 November 2014. To date the return process is still pending. I phoned through to the call centre on 15 January 2015 and was told they need to source proof of delivery from the courier and they would call me back to update me. No call was received from them to date.
